Health Information Technology Advisory Council

Kansas Statute 65-6835 requires the creation of a Health Information Technology (HIT) advisory council to oversee Health Information Technology. The council is to be made up of the Governor of Kansas (or representative), the Secretary of KDHE (or representative), and 21 other members as defined in the Statute and appointed by the Secretary of KDHE.
